Postage rates are quoted for UK delivery only. For non UK delivery, please contact us to request a postage cost prior to placing an order.

Last posting date for christmas delivery (not guaranteed) is 21st December.

Leading up to christmas, we are offering a christmas gift wrapping service on most items. We will wrap your item(s) individually in seasonal wrapping paper and colourful ribbon for just £2 per item. Certain large items are impractical to wrap, but this will be stated clearly on the item description - please choose the No Wrapping option during checkout.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day using Royal Mail (First Class). Orders received after 2pm or over the weekend will be posted next working day.

All items are usually available from stock, but on the odd occasion, we may be awaiting delivery of some items and will notify you if this is the case - giving you the option to cancel your order.

Special Postage Rates
Postage starts from as little as £0.65 and the more you buy, the more cost effective it becomes - never pay more than £6.00 on any order except on certain individual heavy/large items. The postage you will pay is always displayed below your shopping cart.

Returns Policy
In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to replace it free of charge, and will refund any return shipping costs. If an item is purchased in error we will refund its purchase price, providing it is still in resaleable condition, but not the shipping costs. In any case, please contact us first we are reasonable people and will do what we can to help.
